TO BE RESCHEDULED! A date for this in-person half-day workshop will be determined based on Restore Illinois phased reopening.
This in-depth, free, four-hour workshop provides tools to help and identify colleagues who may be experiencing a mental health/substance abuse issue AND help them access appropriate resources. It is recommended that two persons from an organization complete this course – space is limited. 
This training will be led by expert corporate trainers from the National Council on Behavioral Health and will include:
  • An organizational needs assessment to match training to your organization’s culture, policies and available resources
  • Overview of mental health and its impact on the workplace
  • Signs and symptoms of depression, anxiety, panic and substance abuse
  • Identification and risk of suicide/harm and what can be done to encourage professional help
  • Customized resources based on your target audience
